We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you! We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the checkout page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt.
We are fulfilling orders within the premise of Singapore.
Your order will be shipped out within 3 working days upon placing your order. Standard delivery duration usually takes 2-3 working days depending on the courier company. You should receive your order(s) within 5-8 working days after you have placed an order. Please note that seasonal peak period might be prone to a delay (eg. public holidays, festive season, sales season etc).
While it doesn’t need to be you, someone must be home to accept your deliveries. If no one is at home, driver will try to contact you if permission is granted to leave the parcel outside your home. If you are unreachable, the parcel will be brought back to the sorting hub, next delivery attempt will be in the next 1-2 days.
Returns will only be accepted upon:
1) notification within 24 hours upon receiving the item(s) / delivery
2) valid for purchases from online store only
3) with valid reason approved by Nature’s Wonders SG prior to return. (Refer back to page of Return Policy)
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving the item(s) / delivery (Refer back to page of Return Policy). Upon receiving your email, we will be in touch to arrange for the exchange / replacement of the item(s).
We only accept Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Payments will be accepted and processed via Debit / Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayNow.
Orders take approximately 3-5 working days to process BEFORE orders are shipped out from our warehouse. Standard delivery duration usually takes about 2-3 working days within Singapore.
Order delivery will be done by our logistic partner, where selection of timeslot is not available.
When your order shipment is completed, you will receive an SMS notification to inform you that the parcel is on the way. You can also use the tracking number to track your parcel on our logistic partner website.
We are unable to change shipping addresses or details once orders have been made. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
