Membership is absolutely free and anyone can join.

Simply go to the login page at the top right as New Customer sign up and you will be on your way with the first 50 points on us!

There are 5 ways you can earn points:

1. Sign up as a member: 50pts

2. Place an order on the store: 1pt for every $1 spend

3. On your birthday: Receive 100pts

4. Follow us on Social Media Instagram (@natureswonderscoSG): 50pts

5. Refer a Friend: Earn 50pts and your friend gets $2.50 off their first order

*Delivery / shipping fees do not earn points, and only whole dollars earn points.

*To earn points by following the Instagram account, please click “Ways To Earn” under the Rewards Tab and select "Follow on Instagram" to ensure your points are properly rewarded.

The membership program unfortunately does not apply to purchases made at our retailers.

After you log in, you will be able to retrieve the referral URL under the Rewards Tab at the bottom left of our website. Share the URL with your friend via Facebook, Twitter or Email links.

When your friend signs up as a Nuts About You member, they will receive a $2.50 off voucher, and you will receive 50 points (worth $2.50) after their first purchase.

No, your Nuts About You points will never expire! So feel free to wait to accumulate points to redeem the rewards you like.

Simply log into your account, your rewards point will show up under the Rewards Tab at the bottom left of our website. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your points balance, as well as claim your rewards.

It may take some time for your points balance to be updated. If you still experience any problems, please be in touch with us.

Points accumulated allows you to redeem rewards of various reward tiers that you can use on our online store!

Here is the list of reward tiers:

• $5 off with every 100 points
• $10 off with every 150 points
• $25 off with every 350 points
• $55 off with every 650 points

Under the Rewards Tab, you will be able to see your next available reward. The more points you save, the higher the percentage of savings you get for your points.

• Each point earned can only be claimed once.
• Each point claimed is considered spent and will be deducted from your point balance.
• Points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

We recommend that you only redeem your reward right before a purchase with us.

Redeeming rewards is easy at checkout.

After redeeming your preferred coupon, you are able to add the discount just by clicking the “Apply Code” button in the Rewards Tab.

If you have redeemed your coupon earlier and forgotten the code, don’t worry! Your unique reward coupon code can be found in the email sent to you when you redeemed your points.

When you are ready to complete your purchase, proceed to checkout. At the checkout page, enter your unique reward coupon code into the discount field. Once you have entered and redeemed your unique reward coupon code, the discount will be automatically added to your order.
